Written Condition Reports
After a mechanical overhaul, you receive a written summary of the work done and any observations about the movement's condition — something few Bangkok repair workshops offer.
Ultrasonic Cleaning
Every disassembled movement part goes through an ultrasonic bath before lubrication. Residual old oil and particulates are removed properly, not just wiped away.
Five-Day Timing Verification
A watch doesn't leave after reassembly. It's observed on the timing machine across multiple positions over five days to confirm the daily rate is stable before we call you for collection.
Clear Communication
You're told what we find, what we plan to do, and what it will cost — before work begins. If something unexpected comes up mid-service, we contact you before continuing.
Transparent, Fixed Pricing

Depth of Experience with Mechanical Movements
Mechanical watch servicing is a skill that develops over years of handling different movements — different levels of complexity, different states of condition, different calibres from different eras. Our lead technician has worked with movements from well-known Swiss and Japanese manufacturers as well as lesser-known calibres that require sourcing of non-standard parts.
That breadth of experience matters when a watch arrives in an unusual condition or needs a part that isn't commonly available. It also matters in more routine situations — knowing how much pressure to apply, which pivot is more fragile, which jewel setting tends to wear at this particular point in a movement's life.

Equipment
The Right Tools, Used Correctly
Good watchmaking requires good equipment. An ultrasonic cleaner removes contamination that hand-cleaning cannot reach. A timing machine tells you what the movement is actually doing across six positions — not what you expect it to be doing.
We've invested in the equipment that mechanical work genuinely requires, and we use it on every service rather than reserving it for expensive watches. A modestly priced automatic movement deserves the same cleaning process as a high-end Swiss piece.
Client Experience
A Workshop You Can Follow
We are a small workshop, which means the person who takes in your watch is the same person who can give you a direct answer about what was found and what was done. There is no front desk separated from a back-room you never see.
Clients are welcome to visit in person, ask questions, and understand what a service involves before committing. We would rather spend time explaining than have someone feel uncertain about handing over a watch they care about.

Not every workshop measures timing after reassembly, let alone observes a watch over five days. We do this as a standard part of every mechanical service — not as an optional extra.
Heirloom Consultation First
Vintage and family pieces receive a consultation before any work begins. We ask about the owner's relationship to the watch and their wishes for it — answers that genuinely shape how we approach the job.
Lubricant Selection by Contact Point
Different parts of a movement need different oils. We use the appropriate lubricant for each specific contact point — a practice that extends service life and is not universal among repair shops.
Intake Photography and Documentation
Every watch is photographed at intake. The image is kept on file throughout the service period, giving both parties a clear reference point for the watch's condition at arrival.
